Terry Dettmann is a techie, but also a published author with hundreds of articles, reports, web pages and other material to his credit. He is the author of DOS Programmer’s Reference which for many years was THE reference to programming at the DOS and BIOS level. He is also the author of Investing on Compuserve, a singularly unsuccessful book that never really earned him a cent.
Terry has also been a speaker at conferences around the world on Call Centers, Customer Service, Knowledge Base Systems, Intelligent Support Systems, Emergency Communications, and Antenna Modeling.
Terry’s degree is in Physics and he was never a stand-out in English class, but he has practical experience that makes his writing and speaking informational and authentic.
